Safety Standards

The Silcar Safety Standards are designed to ensure that minimum standards for safety systems and major consequence hazards are implemented at all Silcar operations. Safety Standards set out requirements that are met through the safety practices established for each operation. These practices are formulated around the language and norms that prevail in a given industry, location or Client enterprise. In this way, Silcar Safety Standards play a key part in bringing about safety practices that are adapted to local needs and, in turn, engender the caring and mindful safety culture that is so important to us.
