Silcar provides national telepower operation and maintenance and facilities management and maintenance services to Telstra’s portfolio of network sites.

This maintenance and operations capability includes supporting Telstra buildings, telephone exchanges, satellite tracking stations, mobile base stations, and remote telecommunications equipment.

Delivering a sophisticated servicing and fault provisioning service to metropolitan, regional and remote sites, 24 hours per day, seven days a week throughout the year, Silcar’s capabilities include:

Facilities management and servicing such as heating ventilation and air conditioning;

Emergency response, breakdown and preventative maintenance;

Corrective action to support the telecommunications power systems (AC, DC and solar equipment);
